Well done to eight members from the Mini Ju-Jitsu at Ferndown Jitsu Club who gained promotion with grading mons for their belts, also there is one more new red belt.
The Student of the Week Trophy that was presented by the Deputy Mayor of Ferndown Cllr Steve Lugg at the club on Wednesday evening. Chairman Sensei ‘Hatamoto’ John Hanrahan said, ” It’s not that often there is such a large number that gain their grading mons in one hit, it just goes to show the hard work that is put in by our local children in Ferndown.”
Cllr Steve Lugg added, “I am always happy to come along to help out at the Jitsu club and it’s great what these young children can achieve.”
