Culture Volunteers Poole are looking for up to 50 volunteers to assist at the spectacular launch event of the Inside Out Dorset Festival.
This much lauded and loved festival, produced by Activate, has attracted over 80,000 spectators since its inception in 2005. This year’s event will be held on 12 and 13 September at Poole Park near the Cricket Ground.
The launch event showcases CirkVOST’s ‘Boo’, a French aerial acrobatic company, who will perform outdoors atop a 15m high purpose built bamboo structure, with live musical accompaniment. This jaw-dropping and mesmerizing production is a must see for all the family.
Volunteers will be required to help with stewarding, marshalling, promotion and evaluation/feedback monitoring. Full training will be provided and travel/food expenses will be covered by the organisers.
