Competition winners from Wimborne’s first schools will be turning on the town’s Christmas lights along with the Mayor and the Chairman of Wimborne Minster and District Chamber of Trade on Saturday 29 November at 4.45pm.
There will be entertainment on stage in The Square from 11am provided by local musicians, choirs and dancers.
Carols will be sung around the tree from 4-4.45pm. with music provided by Allenbourn Middle School Brass Band.
Collections will be in aid of the Mayor’s Charities: The Priest House Museum and The Minster.
