Graffiti appears overnight on NHS building in Dorchester
Officers investigating a report of criminal damage to an NHS building in Dorchester are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A report was received by Dorset Police on 1 May 2020 that graffiti had been sprayed on the side of the building in Trinity Street. It is believed the offence occurred on the night of 30 April.
“We are fully supportive of the heroic efforts of the NHS at this time and will be carrying out a full investigation into this matter,” said Sergeant Andy Napper, of Dorchester Police. “I would urge anyone with information as to who is responsible to please contact us.
“Although the content of the graffiti appears to indicate support for the NHS, it will cost a substantial amount to repair.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55200061566. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
