Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise with her, Amanda will head up Bournemouth’s residential property offering. She has previously been partner at firms based in Bishop’s Stortford and Bath and has over 16 years of experience, working hard for her clients in a variety of property matters – from purchases, sales, re-mortgaging and more.

Amanda joins a hard-working and dedicated residential property team at Dutton Gregory at a time when the property market has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and associated government restrictions.

In light of the impending deadline of the government’s Stamp Duty Holiday in June, the firm are pledging that all affected clients who do not complete their property transaction before the deadline will not have to pay their legal fees.*

Amanda brings compassion and ambition to this new role, saying, “Joining Dutton Gregory at such a pivotal time in the industry is exciting.
