Cyclist and pedestrian injured in Bournemouth hit and run

A collision involving a car, a cyclist and a pedestrian took place at 12.05pm on Saturday 12 June on Beechey Road at the junction with Wimborne Road.
The cyclist – a woman aged in her 30s from Oxfordshire – and the male pedestrian in his 40s both sustained minor injuries.
The car, which is believed to be a black Ford Fiesta or Ford Focus manufactured in 2015, failed to stop at the scene and left in the direction of Cavendish Road.
Police Constable Shaun Ferguson, of the traffic unit, said: “I am carrying out a number of enquiries into this collision to identify the vehicle and have already spoken to relevant witnesses.
“I would now like to appeal for anyone who may have captured the incident on dashcam or home CCTV footage to please get in touch.”
