Members of St John’s are inviting local people to celebrate Christmas with them.

The Vicar Peter Breckwoldt said: “There is a warm welcome waiting for you at St John’s again this year. It is great that people can come together safely and celebrate the birth of Jesus that brings Joy to the World.”

Sunday 12 December at 6.30pm: Christmas Unwrapped (in St John’s Church) – a youth-led service with a contemporary style

Sunday 19 December at 4.30pm: Outdoor All Age Carols (in St John’s First School playground) – an opportunity for all the family to sing carols and hear a short message about Christmas

Sunday 19 December at 7pm or Monday 20 December at 7pm: Carols by Candlelight (in St John’s Church) – traditional carols with a choir and candles

Christmas Eve Holy Communion at 11pm

Christmas Day Celebration at 9.30am or 11am
