Man injured in Wimborne fight
A man sustained facial injuries in a fight which took place in Church Street late in the evening of Friday 20 October and witnesses are sought.
A fight broke out in Church Street Wimborne at approximately 10.45pm on Friday 20 October.
Members of the public approached police officers to tell them about the incident, and subsequently a man was located with significant facial injuries. He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Police constable Mia Jakeman, of East Dorset police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident, which is believed to involve people who are known to each other.
“As part of my investigation, I am really keen to hear from anyone who was in the town centre and witnessed what happened.”
