Steer clear of stolen bikes for sale following New Forest burglary
Has anyone tried to sell you these bikes? They were stolen from a residential garage during a burglary in the Barton-on-Sea area.
The three mountain bikes, and off-road motorcycle, were reportedly loaded into the back of a white Fiat 500 which drove off with the boot lid open. The burglary was carried out at around 3am on Tuesday 14 November.
Hampshire police officers are appealing for anyone who lives in the area, or perhaps near the Hampshire/Dorset border and saw a Fiat 500 with the boot lid open in the early hours of Tuesday morning to get in touch.
They would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered the stolen bikes, or has perhaps seen them for sale online.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting 44230465308.
