Operating for over 45 years, Carpet Barn and the Bed Store are celebrating winning a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience. Winners are decided based on the ratings they experience from their customers.

It’s a significant achievement for Carpet Barn and the Bed Store to be presented with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award. This recognition is limited to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years, requiring a minimum 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 in each calendar year.
