Sainsbury’s in Ferndown presented their charity of the year with the magnificent sum of £9,700 on 19 June. The amount was raised during the year by their customers, friends and colleagues.
On receiving the cheque, Alan Lindsey, chairman of the Bournemouth and District branch of the MS Society (the Osborne Centre) said, “We would like to thank the Ferndown store for their hard work as all monies raised will benefit local people with multiple sclerosis.”
