Boat Jumble cancelled

Canford Park Arena’s Dorset Boat Jumble, due to open this weekend (23 March 2013) has been cancelled. Travellers have been the cause of the problem and the organisers have confirmed that although they have moved, there was insufficient time to reorganise the event.Mr Chris Chaddock, from Chaddock and Fox Promotions, who have run the event for the last nine years said, “This was to be our tenth year and I am disappointed for the exhibitors. Over 100 have been inconvenienced. I am also concerned that people will be turning up. The show attracts around 1500 people and we are doing what we can to get the word out so that people know the event is cancelled.”
