The Rotary Club of Bournemouth North have for the last twenty-three years been active supporters of Cherry Tree Nursery in Northbourne.
The nursery provides sheltered work in a supportive environment for adults with severe and enduring mental illness, many of whom were isolated and lonely before they came to the project and had no social life. Opportunities to gather together and promote friendships are always appreciated, and food is always very popular.
Rotary members cheered everyone up by providing sandwiches followed by home-made scones, jam and cream.
