Local artists Margaret Hasted, Sarah Kelly, Kathe Holt and Chris Saunders will be showcasing and selling their artwork as part of two week exhibition from 5-17 August at Church House, Wimborne, in aid of local Poole charity Lewis-Manning Hospice.
The four artists will be presenting approximately 100 paintings during the first week, while the second week will see 30 more local artists showcasing up to six pieces of artwork each at the exhibition which will be open daily from 9.30–5pm at Church House in High Street, Wimborne.
Entry is by donation and all proceeds raised will go to Lewis-Manning Hospice, who offer free specialist palliative nursing care to hundreds of local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.
Paul Tucker, Lewis-Manning’s Marketing and Communications Officer said, “This is a great opportunity to enjoy the fabulous work of so many local artists, while also supporting the hospice. The event is always extremely popular and we have to give a huge thank you to Margaret Hasted and her team for working so tirelessly over the years to make it such a successful event.”
