Kids had a great time at Heatherlands Community Centre in Ferndown when a football cage visited yesterday (20 August). Around 30 children took part and community leader and centre manager John Hanrahan said,
“It was well worth doing and it’s great to see a good mix of boys and girls taking part, getting fit and improving their football skills as well.” Played in a cage, the game is much faster and puts emphasis on football technique.
John Hanrahan thanked Dave Cane from Synergy Housing who organised the activity.
