Charity’s close shave

At the Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Spring Fayre on 13 April, which was packed with visitors despite the wet weather, MS sufferer Judith Endersby volunteered to have her head shaved to raise money for the charity.

With clippers at the ready, her best friend’s husband Nick Tanner did the honours and chairman John Astley joined in the sponsored event and waved a swift goodbye to his moustache.

The plucky pair raised over £400 for the MS Bournemouth Branch’s Osborne Centre at West Parley.
