Come dine with Richard and Jackie

Dorset based PR and event firm P-PR Media Solutions are to be featured in Channel Four’s popular TV show ‘Couples Come Dine with Me’ on Friday 15 May at 5pm.

In the series, the business owners and husband and wife team, Jackie Phillipson and Richard Blunderfield, play hosts at the first evening. They throw open their home and welcome fellow contestants Hanne and Ross and Gail and Nigel, with mixed emotions and nerves.

Says Jackie Phillipson, “We spent three crazy days filming the programme, it was a lot of fun, not to mention hard work too. There were a lot of laughs and healthy competition, as we all vie to win the money and to be crowned the best hosts.

“Richard and I learnt a long time ago not to take ourselves too seriously, we entered the programme with our eyes wide open, and that was all part of the fun and the experience, as we both love the show, despite the trepidation of what David Lamb, the voice over artist would have to say about us both.”

Jokes Richard Blunderfield, “When the programme airs on Friday 15 May, as Britain’s latest celebrity couple, we know that our lives will never be the same again, that we will be inundated with offers to appear in ‘Hello’ and ‘OK! Magazine’, to present awards and that we will be appearing on the Graham Norton Show and on Googlebox soon – as they are our other favourite programmes. We can’t wait!”
