A charity party night raised an impressive £3,000 for two local good causes – the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation and the Luke Woolner Foundation.
Debbie Whittle and Lynn Rolls organised a hugely successful party night at Parley Country Club. The popular six piece band, Groovemeister, played to almost 300 party goes and with everyone on the dance floor, it certainly was a night to remember.
With this year’s party completely sold out and the funds raised making such a big difference to the local community, Debbie and Lynn are aiming to do the same again next year.
