Parents and Toddlers from the Heatherlands Parent and Toddler Group enjoyed a visit to Wimborne to see Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The visit to the pantomime was in place of a traditional Christmas party and was made possible by Ferndown councillor John Little, who had purchased the tickets from his ward budget, and with the help of Simon Gard, operations manager of Gardbus, the local bus company that serves the Heatherlands Estate.
When Simon was asked if he could provide transport for this outing he readily agreed and said, “As a supporter of the local community Gardbus is pleased to offer one vehicle on the date you require free of charge.”
Heatherlands Parents & Toddlers meet every Tuesday morning, during term time, in the Heatherlands Centre from 10am. The group is supervised by Mary, Julie and Lynn who provide an interesting and educational morning to support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Music and movement activities are provided by Jo Jingles.
