Grandma’s Sewing Box is presented at 11am and 2pm at Wimborne Model Town on Wednesday 13 July as part of the Wimborne History Festival events programme.
Rosie Endecott will be sharing memories of ‘Make Do and Mend’ during the war years when she opens her antique sewing box as part of the Wimborne Hisotiry Festival. Grandma’s Sewing Box is presented at 11am and 2pm at Wimborne Model Town on Wednesday 13 July, and will include tips on recycling and patching, and maintaining style during a period of frugal rationing.
