Okay, so it’s not the first thing that springs to mind when you think of a rhino, but this two-person side-by-side, four-wheel drive vehicle has arrived in Ferndown.
The Rhino (pictured) is being used as a police patrol vehicle by Dorset Police for off-road patrolling and searching for missing people across heathland. It is shared between Ferndown and Dorchester Neighbourhood Policing Teams so if you live in either of these places, you will be seeing more of it in the future.
