The latest shop to open in Friday’s Court, Ringwood is sure to bring a squeal of delight from local children and party-lovers as local lady Nickie Jowett opened her first shop aptly named ‘Balloon Array’.
The official opening was carried out by the chairman of the Ringwood events committee, Mr Steve Nash, and was followed by free balloons and sweets being given out to local children.
Although Balloonarray has been operating from Nickie’s home up to now, more space was needed to allow larger orders to be put together. Nickie said, “It has been a dream of mine to have my own shop and I hope local people will get behind us for all their party arrangements for the future.”
The new business will offer a variety of services for parties and events and will not only supply simple balloons but also more complicated displays for weddings, corporate events and displays such as balloon arches, towers and personalised balloons.
Balloon array will be supporting large events in Ringwood this year such as the Queen’s Birthday Celebrations, Armed Forces Day, Pedal Car Grand Prix and Christmas Fair.
