A total of 120 years of volunteering at Green Cottage RDA Group was celebrated on 9 July by the presentation of certificates of long service.
Jane Dowding was also honoured with an ‘Overand Above’ award from the SW Region of RDA for her outstanding work as a Riding for the Disabled volunteer.
Sue Ingelby, chairman of SW Region of RDA presented the certificates at Green Cottage Riding Centre, Verwood.
The group meets every Thursday morning during term time and offers riding as emotional therapy for children with physical and learning difficulties.
