Congratulations to jewellers Allum and Sidaway. Their Ringwood store has won the town’s Christmas Window Competition with its spectacular festive display. The Mayor of Ringwood, Cllr Barbara Woodifield presented the trophy and a certificate to Anna Young and Manager Patrick Butler.
Crowds gathered on Ferret Green in Verwood on Saturday, 13 December to welcome Santa and Snow White during the town’s annual Christmas extravaganza.
Market stalls, mulled wine and mince pies, carol singing and a fun fair all added to the atmosphere and children queued in excitement waiting to see Santa in his grotto.
