A Community Speed Watch day carried out by 35 teams on Tuesday 7 September found 355 people were speeding.

Delayed from June this year, the annual event attracted more than 600 people despite the history festival taking place in the town on the same day.

Feeling that staff at the hospital hadn’t received any gifts, local Freemasons made a presentation to those who had worked hard during the pandemic.

There will be lots of entertainment at the Mini Steam and Vintage Day, including music and steam traction engine rides.

People are advised to get help before they get into trouble at The East Dorset & Ringwood Christians Against Poverty Debt Centre.
