Dorset Police know the identity of one of the victims but would like the second one to come forward to provide an account.

Two members of the public came to the aid of the pedestrian and police would like to talk to them and any other witnesses.

Taking place on just one day, this exhibition at Dorset History Centre displays photographs of summers in days gone by.

Anyone who was near West Parley Memorial Hall in the early hours of 2 and 10 August and witnessed this is urged to contact the police.
