The collision took place on the morning of Friday 30 May and police are hoping anyone with dashcam footage will come forward.

After two years of work and fundraising, a new skate ramp has opened in North Poulner Play Area.

Motorists with any dashcam footage or any witnesses to this collision on Saturday 31 May are asked to contact Dorset Police.

An area the equivalent of more than 13 football pitches has been planted with wildflowers to boost insect numbers.

Thanks to a substantial donation by the late Ken Thorpe, the play and assessment area at Poole Hospital has been upgraded.

The event runs until 8 June and gives volunteers the chance to get together and enjoy a fun challenge and afternoon tea.
