A 14-year-old Sherborne boy has gone missing and police are appealing for the public’s help to find him.
Iwan Thomas was last seen at around 7.40am on Thursday 13 October at his home in Horsecastles Lane.
He is white, five feet 10 inches tall, of slim build and has light ginger coloured spikey hair. It is believed that he is wearing school uniform – a white polo shirt, black trousers, a navy blue jumper and black shoes – and a blue rucksack.
Chief Inspector Ernie Henley, of Dorset Police, said: “Iwan has not been seen since Thursday morning. We have searched the local area but unfortunately have been unable to locate him.
“We need to find him urgently to make sure he is safe and well.
“I would urge anyone who has seen Iwan to please call Dorset Police as soon as possible.
“If Iwan sees this appeal, please contact us as we and your family want to know you are safe.”

UPDATED: Iwan was found safe and well in Bristol on 14.10.2016. The police thanked everyone for their help.
