Appeal to find moped stolen in Bournemouth
Anyone who has seen the Peugeot Tweet scooter or has been offered it for sale is asked to contact Dorset Police.
Dorset Police are trying to locate a moped which was stolen from an address in St Peter’s Road between 3.30pm and 11.40pm on Saturday 20 January.
The white Peugeot Tweet scooter has red strips and an L plate on the front and a black delivery box on the back. The delivery box had a sticker of The Rolling Stones on it.
Police constable Lewis Gravett, of Bournemouth police, said: “This incident has had a significant impact on the victim and we are carrying out enquiries to try and locate the moped.
“I would ask anyone who has seen it in the local area to get in touch.
“Also, if you have seen a moped matching the one described for sale online in unusual circumstances, please contact Dorset Police.”
