Balaclava clad men vandalise Poole property
Men wearing balaclavas threw a television through the window of a property in Poole forcing the occupant to flee to a neighbouring address.
Three men wearing balaclavas forced their way into a communal area of a property in Ashley Road and began banging on the door of a flat at around 7.05pm on Friday 23 February.
The offenders reportedly threw a television through the window of the property, forcing the occupant to flee to a neighbouring address.
The suspects then made off from the scene and it was reported that one of them was nearly involved in a collision with a vehicle as they ran out into the road.
Detective inspector Darren Moores, of BCP CID, said: “We are conducting a number of enquiries to identify those involved in this incident and I am keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our investigation.
“I am particularly keen to speak to the motorist who was nearly involved in a collision with one of the suspects as they left the scene and would urge anyone who was travelling around the area of Ashley Road, near to the junction with Davis Road, around the time of the incident to please check any dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.”
