Bike stolen from teenage boy in East Dorset
Dorset Police are hoping witnesses or anyone with any information about the incident in St Leonards will come forward.
A teenage boy was not only assaulted in St Leonards on Wednesday 26 November, his bicycle was stolen.
During the evening it is reported that a 16-year-old boy was cycling in Victory Way when three teenagers approached him and asked him to empty his pockets.
The victim was hit in the face by one of the group, causing minor injuries.
His bike – described as an arctic blue coloured Specialized Rockhopper – was stolen.
Police Constable Megan Norbury, of East Dorset police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this incident to identify those responsible.
“I am now issuing an image of the stolen bike in the hope that someone may have seen it either discarded or for sale locally in unusual circumstances.
“If you have any information about this incident, please get in touch.”
