After the success of the 2013 event, Boscombe-based arts charity, Vita Nova, is hosting the Boscombe Fringe Festival 2014 between 11–14 September, across a variety of local venues including Cellar Bar @ Chaplins, Factory Studios, Vita Nova and Shelley Theatre.
All the tickets for the shows and events will be priced as ‘Pay What It’s Worth’; so rather than ask you to pay upfront, you will be invited to contribute the amount you felt the show was worth at the end of the performance.
The festival will showcase theatre, music, live art, performance, dance and exhibitions by both community groups and professional artists.
Unlike other performing arts festivals, performances and exhibitions in Boscombe Fringe Festival have been selected as they respond to, or are made by people affected by social issues, such as mental health, addiction and poverty.
