New contemporary homes are now available for private rental in Bournemouth town centre.

Treetops, which is near St Stephens Church, provides 46 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments.

This £12M development has been delivered by Bournemouth Development Company, a 50:50 public-private partnership between BCP Council and national urban regenerator Muse Developments, a Morgan Sindall Group Company, and built by local contractors Parsons and Joyce. As well as providing high-quality homes, this project will return profits back to the council for investment in future regeneration projects. 

So far over 50 per cent of the apartments have been reserved.

Cllr Phillip Broadhead, portfolio holder for Regeneration, Economy and Strategic Planning said, “The completion of this partnership development is great news for BCP Council, and is another step towards regenerating the town centre, while also delivering funds back to the council for future projects.”
