Police have charged a 16-year-old boy from Bournemouth with attempted murder and possession of an imitation firearm after a 35-year-old man was stabbed in the town and required hospital treatment.
The incident happened at approximately 5.10am on Friday 4 April 2014 on Undercliff Drive, East Beach, Bournemouth.
Detective Constable Jess Fredriksen, of Bournemouth CID, said: “I would like to speak to any witnesses who may have seen suspicious activity in the area before the incident or at the time.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact the police in confidence.”
