Broadstone jewellers wins prestigious business award
Forum Jewellers, one of the Top 100 Independent Retail Jewellers in the UK, were winners at a glittering awards ceremony in Bournemouth.
The Dorset Business Awards, in its 23rd successful year and organised by the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry, are the county’s flagship awards for business and Forum won the ‘Retail and Leisure Experience’ Award, beating off stiff competition in the category.
Lead judge, John Grinnell, from sponsors The Dolphin Shopping Centre says: ‘Forum Jewellers has a very professional team on the shop floor, and this professionalism extends to the website and their social media. The company has been shortlisted as one of our finalists for the past three years and has taken on board all the feedback from mystery shoppers over the years.” He continues: “From looking in the shop window at the jewellery where the beautiful products are on display in a well-l presented manner, to entering the shop where the customer experience continues, excellent information was provided on the item to be purchased, as well as advice on features and benefits of their designer collections. Forum Jewellers provides a wonderful experience from start to finish.”
Helen Molloy, Forum’s Director, was ecstatic at winning the award. She said, “ I am so happy for the whole team as we have built our reputation on providing excellent customer service, quality products and providing a warm & friendly welcome to all our customers. Our business strategy has always been to enhance the retail experience and to have it recognised by our peers from the Dorset business community is just the icing on the cake.”
