Mr Trevor Batchelder, who has been Bursar at Moyles Court School for 12 years retired recently.
He left the school in style in a horse and cart belonging to Mr and Mrs Brian Wilson. Moyles Court School has recently been the subject of improvement including a new tennis court, new school school reception, bio mass central heating and fibre optic broadband all of which Mr Batchelder has been instrumental in inaugurating.
He said: “I will be very sorry to leave the school after many happy years.” A keen car enthusiast, Mr Batchelder is hoping to develop his hobby as well as travelling the world.
Mrs Geraldine Smith has been appointed as the new Bursar. She is a commercially focused and experienced accountant with 15 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and managed services for the NHS. She brings a wealth of experience in financial management and control as well as delivering on business
