Parents and children in the Thursday Soft play group at the Heatherlands Centre received giant size Christmas decorations that were used last year at Sainsbury’s store in Ferndown.
Sue Blundell from Sainsbury’s delivered the cardboard gingerbread men, reindeer, stars and trees. Chairman John Hanrahan said, “They will brighten up our community centre next Christmas. It would have been a shame to let them go into landfill.”
