Following a successful celebration of the first six months of CashUnity in West Moors today, it was very fitting when MP Chris Chope drew the £1,000 prizewinner from over 500 entries, to discover that the winner not only lived in West Moors, but had entered at Webb’s Butchers.
This is the second time Webb’s Butchers has provided the winning receipt in CashUnity and a delighted Alex said, “We really promote CashUnity. We give everyone an entry card with their receipt and encourage them to enter. It’s a great initiative.”
Lou and Alex had provided a barbecue at the event in Station Road and mags4dorset was giving away free drinks and goody bags.
Other participating traders attending the draw included Stuart Fleetham from Xerocad and Jayne Oliver from Petals Florist (pictured far right and far left).
