Officers in Bournemouth are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after an assault in a bar in the town – with CCTV images of two suspects being released.
The incident, in which a 26-year-old man was assaulted by two other men, took place at around 1.30am on Sunday 3 May in Yates’s Wine Lodge, Dean Park Crescent.
The victim, who was with friends at the time, was punched in the face and the back of the head by the two male offenders and then fell to the floor.
He sustained facial and dental injuries as a result of the incident.
The offenders were not known to the victim.
Police Constable Jordan Curtis, of Bournemouth police, said: “I am circulating these CCTV images with hope that someone will know the suspects.
“I would urge anyone who recognises them to contact me, in confidence, on 101.
“I would also like to speak to any witnesses or people who were in Yates Wine Bar during that night if they have any information relevant to this incident.”
No arrests have been made.
