Detectives would like to speak to two male teenagers in connection with a street robbery in Bournemouth – a CCTV image of them is being released.
The incident happened at around 6.10pm on Saturday 18 July 2015 at a bus stop near the junction of Ashley Road and Windham Road.
The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was approached by two teenage boys who stole his mobile phone. The offenders then returned and punched the victim and stole his bag, which contained his wallet and clothing, before running off.
The victim sustained facial injuries, including a cut lip and bruised cheek, as a result of the incident, and was taken to Royal Bournemouth Hospital for treatment.
Officers would now like to speak to the two teenagers in the CCTV image.
Detective Constable Matt Manners, of Bournemouth CID, said: “I am urging the two boys in the CCTV image to contact me as I believe they can help with my enquiries.
“I am also appealing to anyone who recognises them or who witnessed the incident to call Dorset Police in confidence on 101.”
No arrests have been made.
