Cherry Tree Nursery, a Sheltered Work Opportunities Project, celebrated its 23rd birthday on 18 April.
The project now has over 150 volunteers with severe mental health problems, having started in 1990 with just four.
The Westbourne Rotary Club very kindly and generously provided the barbecue for the function which was marked by the unveiling of an information board for the wildlife pond painted by talented local artist, Pamela Shrubb.
At the event, Cherry Tree Nursery thanked everybody who has contributed to this much needed project. The nursery is now open seven days a week.
