A fantastic £9,606 was raised in bucket collections for Variety the Children’s Charity, at the Bournemouth Pavilion pantomime. The money is for two local boys needing wheelchairs.
Frances Cornelius, chair of Wessex Variety, said “Thank you to all who helped during the four weeks of two collections each day, especially the beautiful dancers from Snow White who helped with the collection after each performance, the cast who promoted Variety at each show, the Pavilion team who have been such a support and Variety committee members without whose help we wouldn’t have collected this amazing amount.”
