This Christmas, the Swanage Railway will be hosting THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride Swanage, where passengers will be immersed into the world of The Polar Express film.

The train sets off from Friday 17 November and now, following huge demand, additional rides on Christmas Eve at 11am, 12.45pm and 2.45pm have been added to the schedule.

Expect enchanting musical entertainment and iconic scenes of the film played out whilst you enjoy a steaming hot cup of hot choo-choo-chocolate.

And Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Father Christmas – he’ll be checking off his lists for the final time, with help from his elves.

Passengers are encouraged to get into the spirit by wearing their best pyjamas and will be greeted by the Conductor and have a chance to say hello to Santa himself.

Leaving from Swanage Railway Station, the steam train will head to the North Pole, passing Corfe Castle, which will be lit up, creating a stunning spectacle.

You’ll need to be in quick to book a ticket for this magical experience as seats are filling up quickly and weekend trips particularly have limited availability.
