Christmas hampers for Ferndown’s arthritis sufferers
Marks and Spencer in Ferndown donated half the cost of the hampers delivered to members of Versus Arthritis.
The Ferndown branch of Versus Arthritis has been unable to meet over the past months due to the pandemic and so the organisation decided to deliver Christmas hampers to members.
Marks and Spencer Ferndown very kindly donated half the cost of each hamper and at the beginning of this week they were delivered to each member.
Pam Bentley, chairman of VERSUS Arthritis said, “It was so heart warming to be greeted at every door by our members, most of whom have been isolated and living alone.”
