Did you see this tractor being driven at night from Hurn to Verwood?
A tractor stolen in Hurn was driven to Verwood between 5pm on Friday 9 February and 7am on Saturday 10 February. Did you see it?
If so, officers investigating the theft of the tractor in the Hurn Court Lane area are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
During the morning of Saturday 10 February it was reported that the tractor had been located burnt out at a farm in Verwood. The fuel bowser was missing.
PC Sebastian Haggett, of the Rural Crime Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw the tractor being driven on the night it was stolen travelling from Hurn to Verwood, possibly through Three Legged Cross or Alderholt to come forward.
“As part of my appeal, I am issuing an image of the stolen tractor and hope it may jog someone’s memory of the incident.
“I would ask anyone with information in relation to this theft to please contact Dorset Police.”
