Discounted bus tickets to Christchurch Food Fest
Morebus is working with Christchurch BID to provide affordable travel to the food festival this bank holiday weekend.
Parking is always a problem when attending large local events, and so Morebus is offering an alternative to travelling by car.
The bus company is offering discounted tickets for travel to the Christchurch BID Food Fest Local 2025 which takes place on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May from 10am to 5pm on the High Street.
Food Fest Local takes place at the same time as the Christchurch Food Festival on Christchurch Quay, which runs from Saturday 24 to Monday 26 May.
The Food Fest will transform Christchurch High Street into a bustling marketplace where visitors can indulge in the rich flavours of the town’s local hospitality businesses. The High Street will be lined with a diverse range of food traders offering artisan foods and traditional fare.
Louise Berkhauer, operations manager at Christchurch BID, said: “We are excited to work with Morebus to support travel to and from Food Fest Local 2025 in Christchurch. We’re committed to making it as easy as possible for everyone to come to the events held across Christchurch over the May bank holiday weekend. Food Fest Local, held on the High Street, is a food lover’s dream with so many delights to sample. It’s also a real opportunity to appreciate and support our local businesses and thriving food scene in the town.”
