The Priest’s House Museum & Garden in Wimborne Minster is holding a day school on ‘The People of Bronze Age Wessex: Death and Burial’ with Dr Wendelin Morrison on Saturday 9 April, from 9.30am to 4pm.
Join archaeologist Dr Wendelin Morrison and discover the people of Bronze Age Wessex through the archaeology of death and burial practices and mortuary monuments. The day will include studies of some of our local Bronze Age sites, including Simons Ground, as well as those further afield. There will also be a group artefact discussion session.
