Waggy Tails Rescue is celebrating 20 successful years with a celebratory gala concert at Queen Elizabeth’s School in Wimborne.

Dorset Police Male Voice Choir will be performing live on Saturday, 15 October at 7.30pm to help swell the animal charity’s funds. Shelagh Meredith, who founded Waggy Tails Rescue said that the charity has rehomed over 3500 animals and added, “The fundraising gala concert will help us care for animals in need rehabilitation after being traumatised by ill treatment and neglect.
“We are so pleased to have the offer from the police choir and Queen Elizabeth School so that all funds raised can be dedicated to our sanctuary and our devoted team of volunteers.”
Waggy Tails Rescue does not receive support from government or local authorities or lottery funding and relies on donations from the public and local businesses.
