Drivers injured in Hurn collision
Dorset Police are seeking witnesses or dashcam footage following the collision on Parley Lane on Saturday 18 January.
A collision involving two cars on Parley Lane on Saturday 18 January resulted in injuries to the occupants.
Dorset Police received a report at 10.37pm of a collision involving a silver Vauxhall Monaro and a red Toyota Yaris.
Emergency services attended and the occupants of the Yaris were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were initially believed to be serious. It has since been confirmed that the injuries are not life-changing or life-threatening.
The driver of the Vauxhall was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Road closures were put in place as the emergency services responded and these were lifted at around 1.45am on Sunday 19 January.
Sergeant Dave Cotterill, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I am keen to hear from any witnesses to the incident, or the manner of driving of the vehicles involved prior to it.
“I would also urge any motorists who were driving in the vicinity around the relevant time period to please review any dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.
“Finally, I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding while the road closures were in place.”
