‘Elvis’ performing in Wimborne
There will be an Elvis tribute artist performing at a charity gala in Wimborne organised by Cllr Sue Cook, town mayor of Wimborne Minster, on 31 March.
Elvis Presley tribute artist, Garry J Foley, will be appearing at a gala charity night organised by Cllr Sue Cook, town mayor of Wimborne Minster. The event is a fundraiser for her nominated charities – Wimborne Dementia Friendly Community, the Priest’s House Museum & Garden, and the Dorset Youth Marching Band (Wimborne’s adopted band).
Taking place on Friday 31 March at the Allendale Centre in Wimborne, tickets are £25 to include a buffet. There will be a licensed bar, grand raffle, and of course, great entertainment the Elvis way!
Garry is returning for this special event following his hugely successful guest appearance at the 2016 Christmas lights switch on in Wimborne. Sue comments, “I hope as many people as possible support this special night. It promises to be a fun evening whilst raising money for these three very worthwhile causes”.
